At CleanClimb, we value our customers and aim to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled. By booking our services, you agree to the following conditions.


2. Cancellations by Customers

  • 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charges.

  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of [insert amount or percentage] may apply.

  • No Show: If our team arrives at the property and is unable to access it or the appointment is missed, the full service charge may apply.


3. Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule a booking without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Rescheduling within less than 24 hours may incur additional charges depending on availability.


4. Refunds

  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will offer a free re-cleaning of the concerned area or, in exceptional cases, a partial refund.

  • Eligible Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if:

    • The service was prepaid and cancelled within the allowed time frame.

    • Our team failed to deliver the scheduled service without valid reason.

  • Non-Refundable: Payments for completed services are generally non-refundable unless there is a proven issue directly caused by our team.


5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

  • CleanClimb is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers.


6. Cancellations by CleanClimb

  • In rare cases where CleanClimb must cancel a booking (e.g., staff emergencies, unsafe conditions, or natural events), customers will be notified promptly.

  • Customers may choose to reschedule at no extra cost or receive a full refund for any prepaid amount.
